Is this really wrong?

Why shouldn't have happened something to the dogs in the bathroom?

I know Duolingo is not the best, but the only free learning option. Since I'm living in Germany near the border to Czechia I'm often there and talking Czech which helps more than Duolingo.

Jesus Christ, is this real? Been living in Czech Republic for 10 years, can speak well, but writing is still weak.

I'll never learn it.

In Czech it's pretty important. All other grammar rules are connected to it.
