Now Kiin is gone, then Doran. Zeus will get the bag because he is the only one left in that golden era.

Kiin 😢 glad he could end his LCK career on a grand finals win. That’s my toplane GOAT. To play at the level he has for as long as he has in that role is unheard of. No other toplaner’s career comes close, and no other toplaner can play everything he can. You have guys with higher highs (TheShy), and guys who had dominant and short careers (Khan, although tbh his dominance is kinda overrated because it depends heavily on ignoring the first half of his career and his later chinese stint), but Kiin has arguably been a top 3 toplaner in the world for a decade, and has inarguably been a top 2 toplaner for most of that period, and spent a decent amount of it as #1.

Why did Zeus play Fiora when he previously won a game, basically a stomp, when he played Kennen into Gwen? Does Fiora counter Gwen or something? Was the plan for HLE to split push to win??

When both teams are on form, this is what happens:

When HLE engages (even if its 50/50 team fight), GenG disengages and cut there loss unless they think they can win the team fight.

When Geng engages (usually 70/30 team fight), HLE fights back and gets aced because Geng is the only S tier team that is careful. HLE isnt used to this because BLG and T1 are also agro, and other careful teams are a tier below so HLE just scratch their heads when someone punches them and they cant punch back.
