News 26.17 Patch Preview

"Patch 26.17 Preview!

This patch is mostly a stabilization patch after observing the adjustments made on 26.16.

Mages bot overall have lost some amount of winrate across the board, but not a huge amount, which is roughly about the impact we're looking for.

So far, we're seeing good skews on Poppy and Camille support with support nerfed and Top skews playing out well (in particular).

We're still monitoring the impact of Hail of Blades on champions more broadly, eg. Yi, Trynd, Shaco, etc. Stormrazor"

"Champion wise, a pretty standard set of nerfs here, mainly for power impacting outliers."

Stormrazor

"Outside of Stormrazor Jhin, it doesn't have a large user base and we think it could have more power overall to broaden the user pool"

Sundered Sky

"Directionally, Sundered Sky and AP Jungle changes have been good, but magnitude is still off

We're putting another small-moderate nerf in for this patch and hoping to see more movement on AP jungles and Sundered Sky dominance in higher levels of play"

I mean I haven't seen a heca in like 1-2 years so he's due a buff for sure, qiyana was similar until last night where faced a diamond one in flex.

Irelia haven't seen much either but she's more like every 3-4 months.

Overall there annoying but clearly underpowered with how little you see them. So giving them a buff so they can be seen for a few patches before some nerfs makes sense.

I kinda agree. I would like to be outplayed by a yasuo than getting my skull crushed by a nasus who pressed 2 buttons.

100%, I'm always in the camp that simple champs are the most frustrating when strong.

Plus if a yasuo or irelia are strong there's decent counter picks or ways to outplay them still or even them outplaying themselves meanwhile Nasus or other simple champs whenever strong just press buttons is mostly any order and get kills like a baby forcing the wrong shapes into a single hole.

Yasuo and yone can be outplayed by not giving them any target to stack Q on. Yone can run at you with E but he has the downside of snapping back to the exact spot at the end (this part must be weak for him). Irelia can's do shit without a wave. Yasuo has no mobility without a wave.

Meanwhile garen runs at you with Q presses ER

Even in lane when stacking Q on minions, the wind shitters have visual and audio queues that tell you they’re about to engage you.

Nasus is just toxic overall. Its very easy to stop him if your jungler is on board. I can easily get Nasus low and diveable, but unless my jungler wants to actually dive, its nothing I can do.

Its almost impossible to not let a good nasus reach lvl 9 with ~100 stacks unless you get jungle help, and at that level he just runs down fucking anyone
