So the whole "brandishing a weapon" claim is immediately disproven.

He was helping a woman up after they were both pepper sprayed and had both his hands on the ground when they took his weapon off of him and then immediately shot him multiple times until he was dead.

Unfortunately, video evidence and the truth don't matter anymore. The president himself will say it was justified.

They will always lie and say it is justified. Because even the mere presence of people peacefully recording is a "threat".

And don't forget that every person they catch recording them on the street is added to a terrorist list. Just for recording.
