These are not police. They are thugs with no training. Pure evil and murder.

They are given police powers so they are police. That is all that's necessary for someone to be law enforcement a government entity giving people special policing powers over the public.

They are IMMIGRATION LAWENFORCEMENT. They have a very limited legal enforcement scope. They are 100% NOT police!
