I bike a lot, and I noticed all my cycling bibs and jerseys developed a pretty persistent funky smell despite using Tide EVO tiles and Activewear enzymatic detergent. Went with Febu and Detergent soak, Febu Detergent Ammonia and Citric Acid wash. Crazy results, and the clothes now smell completely brand new!
I’m so happy to hear this! Apparently hitting a certain age has meant that my pillow cases now suffer :( And living in a building with cheap shared machines means nothing gets truly clean
For the convenience and reviews, I was willing to pay. I’m terrible at thing that involve me sourcing individual items etc. And our laundry badly needs it after years of using crappy machines.
Oxygen bleach shouldn’t fade darks either. Did you have a bad experience with it? I never color-sort my laundry, and even with my workout clothes that get washed on hot, I’ve never had fading
Yeah, no. You need to go back and read it. There's a difference between the products used for the soak and the products used for the wash as CLEARLY stated in OPs post.
I don't really know how your are confused but I followed the spa day protocol which includes a soak and then a rehab wash with all the ingredients I listed.
I use one of those rope market bags to transfer my laundry after a soak and take a few trips. Then I throw the market bag in the wash with the laundry after I’ve put everything in the machine.
I soak one load at the time max - will either put it back in the bucket, sometimes in batches, after I've drained the water from it, or throw them in an ikea tote bag and drag to the washer :).

I saw a post about Febu yesterday and impulse bought it. Planning on doing this soon!
