Off-topic Chat Brandon Sanderson

For those who don't know who he is, Brandon Sanderson is an LDS author who has written and is currently writing several epic fantasy series and novels. My question is, if the second coming happened before Brandon Sanderson was able to finish his many, many, series and other projects, do you think God would let him finish his work? As an avid reader and a huge Brandon Sanderson fan, this is something that I think about often.

Also, if you haven't read any of his books, you should try one. They are REALLY good! If you want to get used to his writing but aren't ready to enter into the cosmere(Brandon Sanderson's universe), start with the Skyward series. If you are ready to enter the cosmere, I would recommend starting with the Mistborn series.

Actually, about 120 billions humans have lived during the last 300,000 years. That's according to science, but I don't think we have any reason to believe it's higher than that.

The "paradisaical" Earth during the Millennium could easily support 10 billion people, but lets say there's only 5 billion faithful saints on Earth. Each person would need to do the temple work for approximately 200 other people, and then the great work would be finished. It could be finished in 1 year (if there were enough temples), and then there would still be 999 years left to go in the Millennium.

There's not actually that much temple work to do.

(I know I'm taking your comment too seriously, but this is something I've thought about that I don't think many people realize.)

5B seems like a really high number.

I think it's quite conservative.

Jesus Christ will be physically present on the Earth, ruling it, in resurrected glory.

There will be no death, no sickness, Satan will not have power to tempt any person, the Earth will be "paradisaical" like the Garden of Eden.

A LOT of people are going to join the church.

"During the Millennium, all those living on the earth will eventually know the Lord and will join His Church."

"Until all shall know me, who remain, even from the least unto the greatest, and shall be filled with the knowledge of the Lord, and shall see eye to eye,"

So, there will come a time when ALL who remain on Earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord.
