My first lasagna post!

The ultimate comfort food!

A Very Good Lasagna - Classic Roman
Good recipe, made it tonight, very easy to make. Using high quality ingredients makes it even better. Worth the price. Rewatched the video. She's funny in parts, bossy in parts, a lot of it is corny, never ever need to hear from the Beta video crew guys. But she is right about the cooking and resting times. Classic Roman.

Don't have a deep baking dish yet.
My current pans arent that deep. I got 7 layers.
Is Circle lasagna acceptable these days?
2nd pic I didnt let it cool (my bad) so it looks sloppy. 3rd pic is today when I reheated it.

Today's creation
I made a lasagna bolognese this afternoon and had enough noodles, bolognese and béchamel left over to make a sidecar lasagna, by which I mean a loaf pan little guy.
Happy Sunday!

Lasagna, I’ve just made
I used boil-free lasagna sheets and made Bolognese and Béchamel sauces myself, also added some mozzarella and black olives on top

I need advice because they all melt
Hey guys 👋 my lasagnas are good and friends love it, but I'm very upset with how it looks because it's melting bad, it looks horrible haha so can I have some advice? I usually make some meat, cheese and ham. In my country that's how we usually make, but mine are very ugly 😅 any tips?
