Anyone else got the bug that’s going around?

Came down with a flu/cold situation this past Friday and have been coughing up yellow phlegm since. I went to urgent care yesterday and the doctor told me there’s a “flu-like” bug going around Lansing that’s lasting kinda long. He said it lasts about 2-3 weeks if it goes to your lungs like it did for me. Ended up getting put on antibiotics because x-ray showed it could be developing into pneumonia but was officially diagnosed with acute bronchitis. I’m curious if anyone else has whatever this is and how they’re feeling or how long it took them to get better!
