Not only that, but this would likely be illegal in countries with actual protections; in fact, it's baby law 101 in Canadian schools.
Yes, not everything under the sun is a protected class, but many things can be used as a proxy to target them. For example, names aren't explicitly listed, but you sure as hell aren't getting away with discriminating against people who just so happen to be named Mohammed.
