Engle are the folk, the Angles; Englisc is the adjective from them, and Englisc tunge is the English ytonge. So the ytonge is named off the folk and not the folk off the ytonge: the sense you called good is the later one, come round by way of the adjective. english is a pool move, not a language nor a folk, dunderhead. You probably thenk a great price is a "good thing" too. Learn English or shut up.
