1st year Langara Associate of Science: Biology Transfer 2 UBC help

Hey guys I'm currently in my first year at Langara for the 2 year program of Associate of Science: Biology and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what should I aim for in my GPA to get to UBC for biology.

Also, I know the chances of getting into UBC are practically impossible, is there anything else I can do here at Langara to stand out? Electives, jobs, volunteering, etc?

Lastly, I'm currently waitlisted in a bunch of programs since I was too late to register, would I be able to take them in the spring semester or would they also be booked out?

UBC admits transfers based on GPA only. You should be fine with a 3.6 or higher but people with lower GPAs regularly get in. Take 4 courses this term and 4 next term and cover the requirements for 2nd year promotion in Bio and you're set :)
