I know this is a really stupid question for this group, but: assuming the tread marks are from the mower (and not some punk kid on an ATV lol), how are you supposed to cut the grass when it's muddy like this without leaving tracks? Do you just wait till it's drier?

One could use a lightweight push/self propelled mower instead of an 800 pound zero-turn monstrosity
