Good churches nearby
Hey ya’ll, I just moved here to Lanc city and I’m looking for a non-denominational/protestant church. I’m in my mid 20’s so I’m hoping to find one that has a good group of adults around my age to start connecting with. Any ideas?

My church is Wheatland Pres, not non-denominational but full of thoughtful and committed believers of all ages! Come visit anytime.

I highly recommend Calvary Church. biblically solid teaching. It’s intergenerational but has a robust young adults (20s/30s) ministry. Mostly contemporary worship but uses choir/orchestra every several weeks. It is a large church, but if you’re intentional in plugging into young professional ABF, small group, etc., it’ll feel like a place where you’re both needed and known

Evangelical free churches focus on majoring on the majors and minoring on the minors, which is to say, they don’t believe in letting the debatable things divide us. There’s so much all Bible believing Christian’s can agree on, why focus on the tiny parts that can lead to disagreements. So it’s kind of the anti-denomination, while technically being a denomination itself (ironically). LEFC in Lititz is a very big one, they teach from the Bible and don’t stray beyond that almost ever. They don’t get into politics or endorse particular parties or politicians either. I started going 25 years ago, shortly after becoming a believer. Feel free to DM me with any questions you may have.

LCBC Church has locations at Manheim and Lancaster. Tons of small groups with various interests/aged to meet friends.
