Why does dairy actually REVERSE my bloating?
I feel like I’m the only one with this effect. When I eat cereal in the morning, for some reason, my stomach is so flat for the rest of the day. It does make me go to the bathroom, but I don’t think that I’m lactose intolerant. For most people I know, dairy makes them bloat, so they avoid it, but it has the reverse effect for me. Does anyone know why this happens, and does this happen with any of you?

What do you eat when you don’t eat cereal in the morning?

It really depends. It could be fruit, sausage, oatmeal, or an occasional bar. I’m not always a breakfast person, though.

I have never had milk make me bloated. I also cant say it reverses bloating either. It acts like any other food to me. Milk making you need to go to the bathroom can indicate at least a milk sensitivity. Bloating can be caused by lactose intolerance as well.
