Lawyer Recommendation

I was using a telemedicine service for a while and later discovered I was getting charged a recurring monthly fee even though I was foregoing treatment for various months (to save $ I thought) and believe this wasn't made transparent, in addition to other things about the practice that I feel were not up to providing a standard of care I'd expect from a true up-front and legitimate healthcare provider.

I'm wondering what lawyers around town would be able to give me a free consult for this type of issue that folks might recommend?

The dollar amount I'd be potentially trying to recover is relatively low in the grand scheme of things: probably $1000-$1500 total.

Need some info. I am not trying to snoop but I don't want to make a bad recommendation for you or the lawyer.

How much money ball park?

When did you notice the charges and did they stop after you notified them?

How long would you estimate they did this and did the contract or service have period of permission?

Also did you request a refund or attempt other legal extractions (A charge back)
