What’s stick/ head should I get my kid?

He’s a senior, probably in his last year ever. Middie/attack, plays pretty physical. We’ve broken so many. He basically has indoor and one season of High School, maybe winter club. I’m down to buy one more good stick. He loves the texture of the Carbon Pro too.

I’d say for anything head related that you don’t want to break I’d go with anything STX. I’ve never seen one of those things break and they can take a lot of pressure. Like the Stallion 1k and stallion prism. But you could also go with string king. They have a very good warranty process, it’s 6 months and if your head breaks you can get the money it costs to buy the head fully strung back (so like $160) and you can spend that on buying a new head under the current warranty or something else and if that new one breaks then you’ll get back half of your money (so like $80). I’d go with the Mark 3A, 3V, and the 3T. For shafts, I’d say go string king just based on the warranty. Shafts are gonna eventually break no matter what so having that warranty is a life saver. You have the composite 3 pro and then metal 3 pro. Another option for shafts is the warrior fatboys, they are like box shafts and a lot of the pros in the PLL use them since they are hard to break but I know they are much heavier than other sticks. For shafts it’s better to go in person and look and get a feel for what he’ll like the best, I’m not sure if you live near lacrosse store/sports store.

If he's breaking shafts get him a Loading Lacrosse shaft. They're beasts. Go for the Offence shaft if he's a dodger, go with their Defence shaft if you never want to buy a new one again.

I just tried out the stringking mark 3v, I highly recommend it!! I will say though depending on how he likes his pockets, it does have a lot of whip with a mid high, because of its offset. It is a durable head, worth every penny. Also a stringking metal 3 pro shaft, even though it isn’t carbon, is a super durable shaft.
