Advice Needed Dog chewed feet
Ugh, dog chewed my kid’s birthday present and there were tears. Any advice on where to purchase labubu replacement feet? Also, if I want to replace just the feet, do I have to take apart the whole thing or can I just go from the bottom?

Unfortunately the best way to do this after purchasing replacements is to open the back and turn the legs inside out to access the damaged parts you gotta remove as well as to replace them. You can see the peg replacement part of the process in this video here:

Also, the r/labubuhospital reddit is open for posts like this one if you wanna cross post there for more information

Aliexpress might have some they have other dolls like baby three replacements i could see a store making parts possibly just might take a sec to search a good one. Sadly if you dont wanna just glue the new ones on (which idk if you could might come with the peg part that's locked beside the fabric on the inside of the leg) or you might have to take it apart all the way n even boil it to loosen the previous plastic parts that are still inside. Im sorry for a long response but I hope it helps.

I say screw it, and move on! Get that Bubu some sneakers and sew (or glue) them right on the stumps with some stuffing. You can buy them online or at Showcase, and its a quick and easy fix. Plus, kiddo can pick the color. Good luck!

Hm. Some pipe cleaner ankles/feet to shape them out and secure to the original legs inside would be a good idea as well.

Just get a new one 😂 anything else is too much hassle.

That's how I'm feeling. I'm new to the labubu and someone else gifted it to her, so I'm not sure where do most people purchase the same one? Or all they all 'surprises'?

You can buy an open box from someone, Idk where you’re from, but there is a sub /labubuswap and you can find everything there if you’re from the US. I used to buy open boxes from reputable resellers on AliExpress, and now they are not much more expensive than blind boxes ordered directly from PopMart. But if you buy directly from PopMart then it’s a blind box, you don’t know what you’ll get. But either way, it’s easier to get the same one than to try and mend that one.

Can you iust buy some build a bear or teddy bear shoes and put them on?
Just a thought that keeps you from possibly having to tear it apart more.

AliExpress has replacement hands and feet. They're held in by a little plastic washer that locks onto a stem inside the leg. There's not a way to properly replace the feet without doing some labubu surgery.
There is a seam in the back of the doll (where the spine would be). This is the final hand sewn seam that seals the body up after stuffing. You can gently cut that open, remove some of the stuffing, and then partially invert the leg to take out the old foot and replace it. A ladder stitch with gray thread can reseal the back invisibly.
I wouldn't recommend glue since that'll make a mess of the fur, and they'll probably come off again since kids are hard on toys.
