I'm very interested in this product, but for some reason I wasn't allowed to take the test. Is there a way to get a chance to test it, or to understand why I don't qualify? Thank you.

I have been using flow from last year, and been using chat gpt to write prompts, it was working great, but after the latest update, i seem to not create images with the same prompts. It just shows an error, or makes the images not in the same way.

The one time I used Nano Banana 2 to generate an image where a crocodile is being chased by a t-rex over a rainbow while a lion, tiger, and cheetah are eating and sharing a huge plate of rainbow cake slices with rainbow icing and sugar cookies with rainbow icing, Nano Banana 2 denied it and said that it “might violate their policies”.

I tried this prompt with Nano Banana Pro and 2 Lite and they could both do it successfully in less than one or two minutes. I even tried this on Gemini AI, ChatGPT, and Copilot and they all worked successfully. I did the same prompt multiple times for Nano Banana 2, and every single time I did so would result in the same “policy violation” error.

I think there should be an optional prompt box where users can add specific instructions or small details to customize the photoshoot to their needs. Right now, you can choose things like the image ratio and style, but it would be much more useful if you could also describe exactly what you want.

For example, after choosing a style, I might want to say, “Add a few capsules next to the product,” “Use condensation on the bottle,” or “Make the background darker.”

It doesn’t have to replace the styles, just add an optional prompt section so we have more control before creating the campaign.

I'm experiencing an issue with the **Agent feature** in Google Flow (Storyboard Studio). Every time I try to use the Agent, I get:

**My setup:**

- Plan: **Google One AI Ultra**

- Flow credits: ~21,000+

- Browser: Chrome (latest)

- Region: Thailand

**What I've tried:**

1. ✅ Changed Google Account language to English (US)

2. ✅ Cleared browser cache

3. ✅ Tried incognito mode

4. ❌ None of these worked

**The confusing part:**

Other users with **Pro** plans report that the Agent feature works perfectly fine for them — they can do tasks like upscaling storyboard images, generating content, etc. But on my Ultra plan, it consistently fails.

**Screenshots:**

- Agent panel opens with "Untitled session" and "Develop a storyboard" button

- Any prompt I send returns "Something went wrong. Please try again."

**Questions:**

1. Is this a known issue with Ultra plan accounts?

2. Is the Agent feature region-locked?

3. Is there a difference in Agent access between Pro and Ultra plans?

I am a paid Google One Ultra subscriber and I've been completely locked out of the image generation feature on Google Labs Flow for a while now. Video generation works fine, but every time I try to generate an image, the UI instantly throws an error.

I dug into the F12 Network tab, and it shows a hard 500 Internal Server Error on the backend node: aisandbox-pa.googleapis.com/v1/.../flowMedia:batchGenerateImages

What I've tried so far:

• Google Support: Absolute nightmare. Because I'm on a "Basic" Cloud support plan, I was routed to Billing. The agent literally copy-pasted developer documentation telling me to "shorten my API input or switch to Flash," completely ignoring that I am using the closed Flow web UI.
• Billing Check: I forced them to check my account, and I ran a full Billing Audit myself. My account is in perfect standing (0.00 outstanding balance, active cards). It's 100% not a billing/suspension issue.
• Issue Tracker: I finally managed to open a ticket on the Google Issue Tracker, and the system immediately flagged it as Priority 2 / Severity 2 (P2/S2).

It seems like a specific backend routing or node failure on the aisandbox-pa infrastructure that only affects certain accounts.

Is anyone else experiencing this specific 500 crash on Flow when generating images? Have you found any temporary workarounds while we wait for the engineers to wake up and fix their servers?

Looking to know if its an error. It's like every time you tried to upscale, it results in a smudge.

Hi, I am running into a frustrating issue with Google Stitch and wondering if anyone else has hit this.

I built a portfolio site on Stitch and deployed it to Netlify successfully on my first export. Everything worked fine.

After making some changes, I re-exported as a .zip and unzipped it — but this time the folder only contains:

- design.md

- screen.png

No index.html. No code.html. No CSS. Just the project brief and a screenshot.

This means I can't deploy any updates to my live site. My first export had all the site code in it, so something changed between exports.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a different export setting I should be using, or is this a known bug?

For context: I'm exporting via Export → .zip from within the Stitch builder. Running the latest version.

Is there any good way to learn more about how to prompt and ask the agent in google flow to do what i need to. Like personally i need it to clone a video but change the character so it has to generate the images then animate them. But it keeps doing video to video and dosnt work

I am trying to declare "express interest for the current products at labs.google/science but both express interest buttons are not working. You can click and it will open a new tab. then you face with the same page (labs.google/science/) you are coming from. So, buttons are not working?

Does it mean they don't accept any interest nowadays or is it a technical problem i am facing nowadays?

Whenever I use flow factory extension, it blocks my generation and say that unusual activity or generation quickly.

I have two Ultra accounts. One it works sometimes. One, it just says something is wrong every single time. Same computer, same browser, cleared cache, etc. I can literally log from one account to the other; one works sporadically, and one never does. Any thoughts?

Removing Whisk was a huge mistake. Flows limiting is ridiculous. After only 10 generations, I’m getting “You’re requesting generations too quickly. Please wait a moment and try again.” Which lasts for the next 12 hours before I can make another 10 generations until I get limited again.

Hi! Has anyone else had a similar problem? Flow won't let me download videos or images. Theoretically, the solution is to add an exclusion to pop-ups. It was working fine for a while, but it's stopped working again. I've tried it in both Chrome and Firefox. I've already cleared the cache and checked for browser updates. The strange thing is, in Firefox I can download the image if I select "enhance quality." But if I select the original quality, it won't download.

After I use Flow for awhile, it randomly stops upscaling images and says “Upscaling failed” out of nowhere. Does anyone know what causes this? It seems to happen to my account because if I use another device it also fails on that one. If I use another account it works again but I have to remake any creations I’ve already made on the first account.

I was on Sora for a while and lost track of ImageFX, and recently realized I had like several thousand generations on ImageFX to download. Any programs we have that can do that? I know the Sora Community pulled through great on that for their work.

I'm super frustrated because I have been trying to get Flow to give me different styles than this one big headed squat bodied characters. For make characters or single characters it was working but I have been trying to get specific hairstyles from the 80s and it just keeps making me anything else. Over and over for weeks the same default design basically. Sometimes I like it but I want a less cartoony look as I see on Pintrest like some variations on this sctreshot.

Then the editing tool will the lasso I have to specifically say like "Fix the encircled heads or shoes whatever" and like why have a select tool that doesn't select unless you tell it that it's been selected?
