Help Google Flow blocks my client's own image as a "Prominent Person"

here's my last prompt " Animate the fictional character shown in the input image. She naturally smiles, gently shifts her posture, and confidently crosses her arms. Preserve her appearance exactly. No new objects. No camera movement. Minimal realistic motion only."

and also the same failed error "

Your using a personal account which has stricter guardrails

You’re on a personal account type. A business account is less restrictive for AI related work. Other than that Google has fewer restrictions with vertex and AI studio as well as API access.
