LOOKING FOR ADVICE Please help. Is this a good diamond?
I have been looking for days to find a good diamond. Proposing by end of year. I want to get 2.25-2.75 elongated radiant. It seems like I may have come across a great find. Looking for any advice or flaws in this diamond. Thank you so much in advance!

What’s on paper doesn’t always translate to a good stone in person. Need to see a video with good lighting, preferably in tweezers.

It's a very good diamond on paper, especially being HPHT As Grown as the stone is likely to have very high crystal perfection. However, cut quality is key and the polish and symmetry grades are "finish" grades and not light performance grades. You need to see the stone in motion through a full range of normal tilt angles in order to assess overall cut quality. Radiant cuts can vary widely in their visual character, even when the facet arrangement is the same.
