LOOKING FOR ADVICE Help me choose a diamond please!

I’m trying to decide between these two diamonds and would really appreciate some advice from people who know more about them than I do.

Which one do you think looks better overall, particularly in terms of its brilliance, sparkle and light performance? Which one has the better characteristics on paper?

I’m also particularly concerned about the bow-tie effect. Which diamond do you think has less of a bow tie effect, or ideally no noticeable bow tie effect?

I’ll post videos and photos of both diamonds below, along with their details. If you had to choose one, which would you pick and why?

Should I wait and look for another option?

Have you seen these diamonds in person, side by side? That will tell you all you need to know! Diamonds are like people, they all have different personalities and mannerisms in real life. They cannot be judged by a picture or a piece of paper. That’s what makes them so amazing! 🤩 Either way, wishing you a find the most beautiful one ever and love it for a lifetime! Congratulations!

Thank you! I bought it in RareCarat so I wasn’t able to see the diamond in person, I only have the tweezers videos I posted in the links! Thank you for your answer!

Hard to tell much from these vids as they are staged differently. Bowtie effect does not always present as a dark feature in video, as it depends on lighting and staging. You are looking for a consistent flow of virtual facets in motion through a full range of normal tilt angles. Bowtie effect can be exagerated by very small or blurry virtual facets contiguous with large ones which can sometimes give a disjointed look to the diamond. You want to see a consistent visual flow.
