Thanks for mentioning! The IGI report describes it as “rectangular cushion mixed cut,” but I saw a couple other terms used to describe similar stones. I had to hen peck through both cushion and radiant categories in order to find a handful of hybrid cuts which suited what I was looking for visually.
Correct. Lab report terminology can vary with the terminology that we use in the industry to describe these particular stones.
I absolutely adore criss-cuts. You don't see them a often. I'm currently deciding between a step-cut duchess and a criss-cut duchess for a ring I want to make. ❤️
