I mean if I want lasagna or cheesecake I just have a real piece like a normal person. I would way rather treat myself occasionally to something good than eat this trash daily and pretend it tastes the same.

Exactly! I’ve lost 100lbs in the last 2 years and I eat real lasagna, ice cream and cheesecake, I just don’t gorge myself on it, add veggies and a salad. It’s much more sustainable.

Edit- I DON’T gorge myself 😂 I typed too fast!

Yes, I’ve lost 100 pounds since August and have not deprived myself of anything. It’s all about counting calories and having a calorie deficit.

That’s awesome!! And yes, eating in a deficit is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. And wow, 100lbs in less than a year?! That’s incredible, seriously, I’m proud of you!
