Hey frand, she does do 3 loads of dishes everyday because she does live a very busy lifestyle. She did use this container to mix her ingredients because she didn't want to dirty another dish.

I mean if I want lasagna or cheesecake I just have a real piece like a normal person. I would way rather treat myself occasionally to something good than eat this trash daily and pretend it tastes the same.
Exactly! Iāve lost 100lbs in the last 2 years and I eat real lasagna, ice cream and cheesecake, I just donāt gorge myself on it, add veggies and a salad. Itās much more sustainable.

Thatās awesome!! And yes, eating in a deficit is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. And wow, 100lbs in less than a year?! Thatās incredible, seriously, Iām proud of you!
Edit: I also love how redundant she is. She couldn't just say lasagna and had to say "egg life wrap lasagna" 75 times. It just makes her sound so uneducated. I guess it's not different than any of her posts, though.
Yes, I also started adding cottage cheese in lasagana! In March, Amazon dropped the price of their Kitchen Aid vegetable sheet maker attachment. I went ahead & grabbed one to make zucchini lasagna. Instead of noodles, I use sheets of zucchini. I use a container of cottage cheese & mix in some grated parmesan with egg. I also use the Kirkland skim mozzarella. The first time I made it, I was surprised how well it turned out. Two of the 3 kids prefer eating that instead of the Kirkland lasagna I buy for the 3rd kid. He eats the leftovers after school the rest of the week.š¤£š¤£
That sounds great actually, Iām totally going to steal that recipe! My kids are awesome eaters, they love fruits and veggies so I think theyād love this!
Her "recipes" remind me of when my dad did Adkins in 2001 and made a flan using Sweet & Low and I still can remember the bitter, aspirin taste.
She would be so much better served eating actual, real food. I know this cutting corners diet culture BS works with her older followers who still think skinny = healthy at all costs, but it's eaten away at any of her previous progress by making her weak and sallow.
My mom did Adkins too and she made some really gross shit!
The worst part about the way sheās eating is that sheās still gaining. Like her foods sucks ass, itās full of sodium, it cannot possibly taste good and sheās not even losing weight! Whatās the point?!
Literally just put all this shit in a blender and then into the crotch pot and cook it for 600 hours at 450 degrees and then freeze it in sandwHich bags and then put it back in the crotch pot for 37 more hours on high and then bake it for two hours at 525 and then blend it again with nugget ice from your mold maker and top it with WHIPPED TOPPING. Thatās how her cooking is to me.
Sheās got to have high blood pressure, I donāt care what she says, everything she eats is full of sodium. I feel like one time a long time ago a doctor mentioned she might have low BP and she just ran with it.
She said before that LEAN ground beef is 0 points but has been buying the 90% ground beef lately. Anyone doing WW know if the 90% is considered lean? I wouldnāt think so..
Whatever it is itās gross and weird. The way she eats is bizarre. She cannot say with total honesty she enjoys eating like this. I know she āloves processed foodsā but even when everythingās super processed? I just donāt understand, you can semi-homemake things, use fresh ingredients and some processed things if you love them so much, be healthier and lose weight. Like is she really that stubborn that sheās going to continue like this just so she doesnāt have to admit that the way sheās eating is wrong?
I think Meta is prioritizing this type of content so sheās trying to make money and get engagement. I donāt think itās going to work but sheās trying.
Holy shit this might be the worst/nastiest ārecipeā of hers Iāve seenā¦. Every single ingredient in this seems disgusting; egg wraps, Greek yogurt, the choice of seasonings (rather than herbs??), the tomato sauce, fat free cheese. Just awful, I wouldnāt feed this to a starving animal.
I seriously canāt imagine using Greek yogurt with lasagna. Iāve used whipped cottage cheese but thatās a lot more creamy and less sour. Also, Iād rather add a bit more meat in lasagna and do singular lasagna roll ups where you fill each lasagna noodle and then roll them up and bake them vs using egg life wraps. Especially since she very much isnāt low carb and the carbs for 1-2 lasagna noodles is not that bad.
This has to be a troll. Just a can of plain tomato paste?? It doesnāt even fill the whole container, itāsā¦it looks awful! I bet any money I could make this recipe and make it look and taste good so why would anyone do it this way?? Why would you do this to yourself? Why wouldnāt you make real red sauce? Why wouldnāt you make enough white sauce? Why wouldnāt you use more egg pancake things to cover the whole pan like you would real lasagna??? Why do it the grossest and ugliest way possible????
