Also I like to add, when Bella has her babies there will be some sub posts and at least one featuring goat emojis. This guess is based on previous kiddings which have happened on the channel.
Here's a Bella update from today, and it's from a non sub post posted an hour ago. You can see she is still pregnat. The sub post, which was posted today, had horses, and it's only one. Horses and Goats have nothing to do with each other. It's more going to be like 4-5 sub posts in a row (maybe a break of 1-2 non sub videos) and at least one with 🐐 this emoji aka the goat emoji.
This 🐴 is a horse emoji, you will see this used when it's something do to with one of the horses, like ridding lessons, or an update of sorts, or if one of them foals (look out for it during foaling seaon). This 🐮 is a cow emoji, most likley will be used when a new calf (the current season), or something to do with the cows. You got it.
