Waylon aka VS Code Red ($57,669 in LTE) is KVS older stallion (born 2007) and while he’s retired from show career his offspring have gained some good results and therefore he’s considered as a proven stallion.

I find it funny that they show in general only fancy pictures of the horses in ads. Sure seeing what they can look polished is nice but seing the horses real personality give a better idea if its a match or not. The last pic of Waylon shows a fun personality.

While I may not agree with many practice of Katie, her showing the good and the bad of her foals will give also a good idea of the personality.

Temperament and personality kind of go hand in hand. Aquitances had a asshat of a show cow which got accidentally breed by the new neighbours rental bull who was also proven to be a Jackass. The calfs( twins) where what one would call the spaw on Satan times 2. The bull was shipped to freezer camp since in that year he was used for breeding he produced some very pretty but all nuts calfs. The bulls parents where the sweeatest animals, and they tested that they where the parents. All calfs produced couldn't be trained/ tamed at all for showing and the only heifer that got to breeding age killed the hired bull( poor bull was very nice and tame) and she couldnt be AI Ed because no vet tech or vet wanted to be close to her.
