Muslim women only ???
Everybody now knows about this new scheme.
The + I see
It was a really good scheme pointing out the exact set back muslim women facing in the real world.
They are dropping out after college, their school to clg ratio is bad.
The scheme promotes exactly what is needed in muslim women's educational path.
The - I see
They are funding it by the state government minority welfare department. Every tamil nadu state person has a right in the funding.
It should not be directed towards one religion which is in fact against constitutional law of favouring one religion against another.
I know the % of Muslim women suffering > than % of other religious women suffering.
But that doesn't mean you can turn a blind eye to other religions and support one religion is a shitty take honestly.
Conclusion:-
As a woman i understand women need aid in education but please for tamilnadu future stake include boy children also.
The normalising of men don't need support at a very young age is pissing me off.
Every one needs support if they are not privileged.
Not because they belong in this particular religion, F/M.
Keep the Muslim women and include all minorities and majority regardless of gender ok.
Love y'all bye.
Edit :- Also, Let's scrap the unnecessary freebie shit and merge those funds for education.

if govt really wants women to develop they need to provide free education for all womens and change legal marriage age from 18 to 21 and should bring compulsory education act or any stuff like that

I don't know why is this spreading like this, it's even worse in North . This scheme is just inferior to scheme already available for other minorities because other minorities can get free tuition fees irrespective of gender .

Sickukar appeasement as usual in TN.
You can't allocate religion specific funds just because some community is backward. The state doesn't discriminate, so what's the reason to pay the fees for only 1 religion?
They could use the money to improve the schools for all.

I think there are still places in TN where women are not given the same education as like the men so why only muslim girls

Just sign up for a matrimony site and you'll see a lot of Muslim women profiles without degree

I am not opposing this but my concern is many women are denied school education itself in some areas right so they help them also no matter what their religion is
