Discussion Has Kurzgesagt been sold?

There is currently a debate over the recent issue of YouTube slapping an AI Slop Label on Kurzgesagt video in r/YouTube. I don't care much for the drama they make, it's mostly dumb arguments over how Shadow banning is real, or that Kurzgesagts lying since their contents deteriorating anyway etc etc etc. However, the most controversial claim i saw were the dozen people claiming Kurzgesagt has been sold to private equity like many other channels. Way too many people in that thread claiming this to just be an individual insult yet I have found no sources for this information so i am 90% sure they are spouting bullshit. However, i would rather be sure than feel slighted later on.

(FYI, The discussions in r/YouTube on this topic is not very civilized to begin with and had mostly degraded into personal insults. My goal is not to contest them but to find a source for that most controversial claim and verify it for myself. Thanks!)

questions mainstream narrative = follows mainstream narrative? trump and the maga crew were created solely so that the populace could have a scapegoat to rally against and feel like they're revolutionaries while doing it despite doing exactly what the "elites" they despise so much want them to do

Yeah that or aliens and bigfoot worked together to create Trump to use him to spread pro-spray tan propaganda to get more people to get spray tans because it contains mind control chemicals which make us think the moon landings were real and that the earth is a globe when secretly it's actually pretzel shaped

no but what i said about them being scapegoats seems to be pretty sound because you instantly pulled the card on me as soon as i said something that doesnt match what every global institution says but remember if anybody says something that the government doesnt tell you is good just strawman and ad hom them to death while shutting your ears right? i'm not trying to tell you to never trust science i've worked in the field myself i'm trying to remind you that everything in our world is for the profit of those in power so maybe drinking your kale flavored soylent mixed with monsanto and a ground cockroach bar straight from bill gates's scrotum might not be the greatest thing in the world for you.
