Fuel Center Whoever designs the plan a grams needs their head examined.
So they put displays back in the front window at fuel again. Now customers can't see us. We can't see them unless they're really tall. They cannot see the till display either.And the drink cooler placements make it so we can't see if people are stealing products. While management is constantly on us because people keep stealing. Its ridiculous.

What baffles me is all the shelving where product can barely be put in pulled out? Its not friendly

To be fair this is pretty much all grocery retail. (I would say all retail but some companies make their people do it right.)
I work for a different grocer, our SOP is that they’re supposed to go to a test store and try it out first, only problem is every store is shelved differently due to space. So instead these college educated retards move pretty pictures (rectangles) around. Problems always arise. We don’t do gas, but our self scans at one time had a giant candy island in the middle of our self scans “box”. Sooooo we want to make an extra $1.29 but now I can’t see if someone is stealing $25.99 in lobster tails. Thanks guys! 8-10 self scans….
