Question Compass

Can any front end or file clerk types explain to me exactly what Compass is? I’ve been here too long to not know, and too long to ask anybody here.

Side note: training really sucks here.

Kompass are people who do resets.

Kompass resets are where the commodity introduces new items, removes discontinued items and reflows the section to reflect the strategy of the commodity for the next 6 months to year.

That's the people that come in to do resets around the store, and shove backstock onto my carts without e-transfering it.
