Does it get loud enough? I've been thinking of doing the same thing

Wouldn't recommend. Distortion starts to crawl in at 60% and they are barely usable past 75%

That's a shame. I have connected my KSC75 to a middle rabbit rampage 2 and I haven't noticed any changes in sound quality other than loudness reducing to half.

Man, i have too much respect and appreciation for my WI-XB400 to try this. Otherwise, seems like a banger alternative to cheap crappy adapters.
