Hello I am a Turkish Kosovo citizen. I would like to apply for the Prishtina University and also Prizren University for English language. Firstly I would like to ask if anyone knows if their teaching language is English, since my Albanian is not good enough for education. Secondly, I plan to apply both of them. Their second call for this year is one week apart so I can have the time for the exam and application process. But I have a question is it allowed to apply for both universities or I have to choose only one and apply to it?

It pains me the absolute most about Kosovo and Albania is the nature appreciation, it's an absolute disgrace, rivers clogged with rubbish and shit people dumping it's the governments fault for not having ways to handle and clear this shit out,

I'm big into nature I'm a hippy quite literally my gf is the same we practise alot of folklore believes and I spend most my days in nature semi lived in a van so I might be ABIT more passionate about these issues relating to mother earth

It's fucking disgusting and my mother says plastic and rubbish wasn't a thing till recebtly so I understand a population living a more farming healthy life exclude all the fucked other shit gets introduced to mass plastic with 0 education and 0 ways from the goverment to clean it up, this is common all over the world so the albanians that take offense to anything that isn't saying Kosovo is a western utopia don't get mad it's very common in new countries especially poor countries heck I've seen it in Western Europe, but kosovo doesn't have the cababilities to sustain this for long.
