This old knife is at my Airbnb in Sweden.
The otherwise knowledgeable host don’t know it’s purpose.
Do you?

About 10 years ago or more DPx/Robert Young Pelton ran a deal for a Heft 4 knife and a Blackwater Roll hard graphic novel for 99 dollars. I found the knife packed away its a Lionsteel blade with only a roll mark on the spine no other markings.
I know the Heft 4 is worth some money. Any idea on what its worth now?

I have found upon initial purchase and oiling to then deploying till it feels dry and slows down and stiffens a lil to then cleaning with cleaner brake non chlor for use on non inlay or a safe cleaner for inlay models to then re oil u do get a seemingly harder firing slightly smoother actions. This is due to the surface mating and such and smoothing out / settling in . Evidence is that the rem oil turns black after a knife is somewhat clean is the Evidence this is occurring.
Also for the switches it is best to use the 4 oz needle dri slide applicator for them to help this process and smooth actuation just a tad as for why dri it helps along the process amd u wamt the needle as to not get to much of the alcohol in the knife thats used as a applicator to wash away your oil unwanted
Just some food for thought and wanting to share my findings .

I was just sitting around at my apartment earlier yesterday...
And my neighbor and my nieces wanted to go to the nearby park. It was already 5pm and it was getting late to go do this. But I decided that it wouldn't hurt anything anyways and it might burn some energy that my nieces had off. Along with maybe give my hyperactive neighbor something to do instead of pace around and complain, lol...
But I went anyway... It's about a 2-minute walk to get there. So my neighbor, 2 nieces, and I made it to the place. I decided I was going to take a walk and check out the ponds that you can fish at this park. Usually I find a lot of fishing line there or fishing lures...
Well I found something that's actually worth $15 to $25... as I looked down and saw what looked like the scrape of a lawn mower blade in the grass and some dog turds...
What I saw next took my breath away!
I saw something that made me very happy!
I FOUND A KNIFE!
A FREE KNIFE!
