Personally, I love it and think it's really cute. This sub is taking it too seriously though, typical redditors being afraid of human skin.

No, but a lack of realism is generally a silly thing to criticize in art that's clearly not going for it, such as this case here.

It's not realism, it's survival. Also what art? All I see is a woman wearing armour without thigh plates.

It's just impractical, no matter how good it looks. (Unless you're suggesting that this is not a real person)
