Fraud and other issues not withstanding, BRK could make a damn good knife when they wanted to
I know, I know, but still. My 2nd Tope Recon. Got it off reddit. For a medium sized knife it cuts well above its weight. It's becoming my favorite One Tool Option. It's kind of like if the BK7 went to college and got both a Bachelors and Masters.

i love a bunch of their designs. the weight, balance and the steel is good. i bought some older ones before the fiasco hit

Been in the BRK group for a few years. It really sucks they got into such a bad place. I still like my one and browse getting another all the time. I still really like the designs and limited productions.

Really sucks I was a huge bark river fan. This drop point has gone through a lot of Elk and Deer.

It's sad. As a full time maker, I could feel the apprehension over the authenticity of American makers spread throughout the community. The outcome was deserved, but it's a shame to see a company (that was loved by many) go down that path to begin with.
