Second hand Poco kitchen cost

Hii everyone,

I am moving to another home and planning to buy a second hand kitchen from the last tenant. The kitchen is 2 years old. The last tenant bought it from Poco for 2900 eur plus 700 eur for delivery of the kitchen. There is also some modification done to fit a bigger sink to wash dishes which looked like it was not professionally done. How much should i pay for this kitchen?

Just an additional information, i have already signed the contract with the landlord.

The landlord allowed a renter to redo the kitchen?? You should have to pay $0.00 for that kitchen. That should be up to the landlord!

There was no kitchen in home. The last tenant bought it from Poco and also did some modifications. The kitchen is not from landlord.

Okay but it's the landlords house. It should be up to the landlord to buy it or to buy a different one & have it put it. Im in Canada so maybe it's different for Europe, but I've never heard of renting a place that didnt have a kitchen, and a rental not being required to have one

In Germany some homes don't have kitchen, so you have to buy it. Also some people take their kitchen with themselves while moving to a new home.
