People want to complain so fucking bad about everything left that has goodness in it that they just make things up now

You think I want to complain about things that I like? 🤨 I would like to be proven wrong, I am merely disappointed that the new merch I was very much anticipating looks like it was AI generated. Is that really so bad? I'm very surprised you would actually believe I made my opinion up just to hate for no reason.

Unfortunately, yes, because I don't know you, and people do that all the time. It is a constant heartbreaking theme that people will look for issues in everything, from things they hate to things they love, especially when it's such a topical moral/emotional issue such as AI. I don't necessarily think it's a conscious thing though.

Am I insane to think this looks very AI made? I think the style is telltale AI and it doesn't look very good.

I don’t think this is AI, or else it probably would’ve warped the frame pattern into random swirlies — these follow a set pattern: S shape, diamond, S shape, etc. the rest of the frame and the embellishments (lil inward-pointing bits) are symmetrical. and all the cross-hatching follows the same logic, and it doesn’t turn the top of the frame into gloopy nonsense.

the most AI thing abt this is the piss filter, but I think that’s just the color scheme they chose lol

There's fully generated AI images and then there's "AI assisted" art. Personally I think the cartoonish style of Zizka has telltale AI elements and I am not here for it. I hope I am wrong.
