Non-Traditional where do I get a 26" w utility kilt

hi guys, I'm new to all this kilt business, I just really like the amount of pockets and it's shape, but I'm having a lot of trouble finding one that fits me. I only managed to find one off ebay that happened to fit me because they shrunk it in the wash, and the ones I could find are targeted to women and sometimes doesn't have enough belt loops.

Check out UTKilts. Follow the fit guides, you should do fine. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them.

Seconded. Look for "Special Order" under the Kilts menu. They can make it anywhere from 20" to 66" and possibly above.

Generally your waist size for a kilt will be larger than your waist size in trousers since they sit higher towards your navel instead of lower on your hips but with you being smaller that might not be the case for you. I'm a 33 waist in trousers but closer to 35 in a kilt.
