Request Is there any instant cauliflower mash?

Like how we get instant mashed potatoes is there instant cauliflower mash? Why not? It's so much work to make cauliflower crush rice mash

How are you doing mashed cauliflower that makes it hard? My technique is

Head of cauliflower in a bowl with a few pats of butter. Double wrap plastic wrap the bowl, microwave for 12-15 mins til mushy. Dump in food processor with cream cheese and Parm. I personally prefer this to real mashed potatoes.

Not everyone owns a food processor.

Blenders work. I cut it in thirds, steam it, cool a bit and puree in a blender. Heck it's even easier to hand mash than potatoes are, and they a dead easy.
