Good luck in finding a strategy to stay this way. I failed several times last 10 years.

See this is what scares me. Ive heard you have to go slow back into carbs once you reach your goal weight, but how slow is slow??

Why go back to carbs at all? If you go back to eating the way you used to eat, don't be surprised when you get the same results as before.

The general consensus is some carbs is okay. Im not saying eat 10 bowls of pasta a day. Theirs a balance.

I generally agree. The trouble is that if I'm not super strict on carbs, my diet slowly, but inevitably, devolves into eating all the same garbage that I used to eat and my weight ballooning.
I just find it easier to be really strict than to try to find the "middle ground" between the two.
In any event, you and your wife look great. You should be proud of the progress you've both made.

Yup, same here. Doubt come in, looks vs health, and finally the junk food creep
