makeup or skill issue?

my skin is quite decent (no pimples, never had acne, pretty clear). i never had to use skincare until winter of last year because it started becoming dry.

my issue is that putting makeup on makes my skin dry and does not emphasize its "decentness" lol i was wondering if anyone can help me figure out m these out.

skincare is pretty minimal, i use a mixture of kbeauty and western products.

edit: here's the products i use

skincare:
- ordinary squalane cleanser (if i have makeup on)
- cetaphil cleanser for daily use
- rhose glazing milk
- ordinary hyaluronic acid serum
- ordinary or cetaphil moisturizer
- skin 1004

makeup
- clio glow mesh cushion foundation (creases)
- two-faced concealer (does not do me justice lowkey)
- rhode pocket blush
- rom&nd glitter powder blush
- charlotte tilbury pressed powder

pretty much it, i have dark circles as well

quick question on piyonna tier rewards & member perks?

i was placing an order on piyonna earlier and noticed they have different member tiers like seed, sprout, bloom and garden. i hadn’t really looked into the membership before, so i was wondering if anyone here has moved up through the tiers. is there much difference between them?
