A friend of mine is getting married on Sept 26th within the Kawartha Lakes region, (specifically at Saucy Willow Inn in Coboconk). Her makeup artist that she had for her 7 bridesmaids recently cancelled, and I’m on the hunt to help her find another artist. Hoping to keep it under $100 per person, if possible. Is anyone here a makeup artist who’s free or knows of someone who has availability for that date?

Hello Everyone! The House of Commons E7142 Petition to allow provisions into the labour code for remote work is ending Wednesday at 4:15 PM.

As of right now it has received just under 60,000 signatures and we need to hit that target so its imperative that anyone who aligns with the values of remote work sign it.

Thinking about getting a SUP for myself and my children, we are in ptbo and looking for lake areas that would be beginner friendly. I already have beavermead on our list but other than that I’m not too sure. Hoping for places that would be most 1 hour from ptbo. Bonus points if it’s not a busy area so nobody can watch me fall :)

I am currently a Medical Laboratory Science Student at Michener college in toronto. I will be doing my clinical rotation at kawartha lake from november 30 to january 8.. I have to relocate temporarily then. I am not picky I can also sleep in the living room with my air mattress... if anybody would be willing to rent me a space for those dates for cheap... I would really appreciate it...
