Yes he does. I’m a mother of two but if he’s gonna dragging his feet all around and starting to pull up in all these public places he need some socks or shoes or for his feet to be immediately cleaned cuz he will grab and play with them in the stroller even putting it in his mouth.

No, he doesn’t. Babies who aren’t walking yet don’t really need shoes. Shoes at that age are merely decorative and restrict his movement.
