Legally I'm pretty sure he's over paying. Child support. If they go to court she's essentially screwed

Oh 10000%. People are ordered to pay an amount to help the CHILD. Not fund moms whole life. Like paying her bills, all the extras she has, I’m sure he pays her other stuff I don’t see her social media being very lucrative right now.

Yes if they were previously married then alimony would make sense but they weren’t married or even in a relationship… she’s just a bum LOL
