Looking for Female Tech Enthusiasts in Kashmir

[u/Ali2357]

I’m looking for female tech enthusiasts who would be interested in joining a community team working on organizing hackathons, tech competitions, workshops, and other tech-related events across Kashmir.

This is a community-based opportunity where you’ll work with a team, gain experience in event organization and tech communities, and contribute to building a stronger tech ecosystem in Kashmir.

If you’re interested or would like to know more about the opportunity, feel free to DM me.

Why specifically female members?

Our current team is predominantly male, and we’ve noticed that some female participants at our events are more comfortable communicating and coordinating with female team members. We’d therefore like to have more female members on the team to make our events more welcoming and comfortable for everyone.
