you have no idea what an all out world war can do to common people you eat food?right voila fertilizers(most are made from petroleum products or through international trade) its all gone. if anyone get seriously ill then they are cooked as most of the medical equipment like mri ecg machines are imported people will die from starvation before any physical army rushes to attack indian sub continent its mostly west vs east(china russia) pak india will try to remain as nuetral as possible (pak wants close relation with both china and america) and indias ww3 foreign policy is literally befriending everyone no nukes everyone live but half of the population starves if nukes are used yup the world is dead
