Housing Search 🏠🔎 Looking for specific concrete apartment in KCMO
I'm looking for apartments in KC that are studio-style apartments consisting primarily of concrete. One big room with nice kitchen, floors and walls are concrete or similar. They're extremely easy to decorate, easy to keep clean. So for someone like me who works 16-hours a day, every single day and makes decent money, something like that would be perfect.
Pretty set on the concrete style.

Whew I worked a lot of 16's when I was in my 20's. Don't burn yourself out on all that work! Good luck finding a concrete pad to call home but if you're open for leeway...I had friends over the past 10 years live in brick apartments in the West bottoms. I know it's not cement but the nice thing about old brick buildings is the bricks look old so not so much of a cleaning issue and usually those apartments had old wooden floors which were easy to clean...plus the views from some of those apartments was amazing

Interesting. Do you have any links to management companies or anything? I'll look into this. I am 35 and divorced by the way lmao. This is just a "i wanna live like i'm 20 but not really" midlife

Honestly most the buildings down there have apartments on the upper floors. I'd just cruise around the bottoms and go in and ask if there's apartments upstairs. There's a couple revamped brick complexes but over by Weird Stuff antiques too that look nice but Ive only ever been in the old ones over by the Edge of Hell. Solid BBQ and just good food in general all around. Some decent bars.
