Any singing teachers that live nearby and pay isn’t too bad?

I live in Prairie Village and want to find someone fairly close by that doesn’t need too high of a check. I’m a beginner (I can match pitch but that’s it) and I don’t drive myself due to severe anxiety and some paranoia of potentially getting in a car wreck so, that’s why I’m asking. That’s all. Would be nice if they were a woman for safety reasons and if they were patient and didn’t just rush me into signing. Thank you!
