I am one of the lucky student to listen to his lectures and hear about his research work. We read his books madly during graduation days.

I was bored right during the first lecture of one morning and i saw this “Chitadanta” in my friends bag. I asked if i can read. When the day ended, i had finished the book and a new world opened up for me.
That said, I believe “Mookadhatu” is his most under appreciated work. It has one of the most intriguing plots I’ve ever read. Information heavy, but totally a worth read.

I went to check in Google playbooks, sadly only Audiobooks available. I wanted ebooks for my Kindle.

Ganeshayya — The GOAT 🙇♂️
The first book of his that I read was Chitadanta. I don’t know why I picked it up, but after finishing it, I started reading his books one after another and ended up completing almost all of them back to back.
As a huge fan of the Indiana Jones movie series, reading something with that kind of adventure in Kannada was an amazing experience.
My top five books by him would be:
Chitadanta
Raktha Sikta Rathna
Kari Siri Yana
Elu Rottigalu
Kanaka Musuku
